My poor E93. Is it totalled?

It runs but has an oil leak and tranny leak. The top is inoperable now. Airbags deployed and back roll bar popped out and did this to the top. Every red light on the dash imaginable is ignited.

It was a fun car for the 2 years I had it. Very safe though.

We can't distinguish if it's total. The shop will have to measure it and weigh it out.

Considering the possible engine/tranny issues and air bags deploying it's very possible. Depends on the cost to repair vs the value of the car.

The car hit the corner of a huge truck going around 30 MPH. The passenger and I are just fine -- just a bruise on our waists from the seatbelts, arm scrapes from the airbag, and sore upper ribs. Nothing else. Whew. Truck driver felt nothing.

Yes totalled because the cost to repair the unibody and the top are well more expensive than the current value.
Glad no serious injuries...

If it was an E92 it might be fixed, the E93's are pretty much totalled as soon as the top is damaged - no way they are fixing that car and if they do, you will never want it when they are done!

Ya its done... Convertible with that much damage no way they will repair it. For that matter no way I would want it back repaired, imagine trying to sell it after that damage.
