definatly notice a difference, its better throughout the rpm range, and the hesitation at 3k and 4.1k are now alot less noticable if not totally gone...worth it IMO

Just finished removing filter about 2hrs ago. took a quick drive for about ten mins. Didn't notice any increase in power but engine seemed a tiny bit louder or a difference in tone maybe. Hesitation seemed to be reduced somewhat and is more responsive from a complete stop. In sport mode didn't notice any change at all. I'm satisfied so far because it did reduce the main problem of hesitation. I never had problems with the power in this car, just the lack of smoothness throughout the powerband. I recommend this mod to anyone because it is very easy to do. Easy as an oil change which I also did at the same time. And the best part was that it was FREE. I'm wondering if the power gains from an after market intake is mostly from charcoal filter removal . Or are they used along with it?
