Buying a CPO BMW question.
Hi, I'm buying a CPO bmw 335i out-of-state and was wondering how can I tell if the car I'm buying really have a CPO warranty or not. On the dealership website, they list it as a CPO, but I'm still skeptical. I haven't signed any papers yet so will it list CPO or CPO warranty anywhere on the buyers/purchaser's form that I'd have to sign or is there any way to find out? I don't want to just take their "word" for it.

I'm from WI, bought my "Advertised" CPO 2008 E92 335xi from a dealer in Rhode Island. Put down a deposit to hold it, bought a one way ticket(dealer picked me and my wife up from the airport), test drove the car, filled out some paper work, gave them a check and drove that biatch all the home! If it's at a BMW dealer and it is advertised as a CPO i wouldnt worry about it much. If you want, just have them show you on the paper work before you sign your lif away...and if all meets your criteria, wammo! new car!

They would never advertise a car as being a CPO but not sell it as one. If they advertise it as a CPO, then it has gone through all the inspection etc.. And when you sign for papers they will show you the CPO Checklist. I bought my CPO a month ago.
