Do these give the whistle like an HKS or are these quieter with more of a whoosh sound?

they're quite, these are DV and not BOV, just like the sound of the stock DV...

to the OP, GLWS I brought these new as I couldn't find someone selling them back in time I was searching

I find that it makes somewhat louder sound compared to the stock ones, but definitely doesn't give out the BOV sounds like HKS etc.
