Loud exhaust, need advice
Most of you know I just got an 08 335i. The previous owner took out the mufflers and put straight pipes from the Y-Pipe to exhaust tips. It sounds nice but a little too loud for my taste. I want to put some decent mufflers under 400-500 bucks to give it nicer growl but quieter.
If anyone in Vegas area interested in swapping thier stock mufflers to straight pipes, we can do the trade. I will pay for their labor to swap. Last edited by Shon; 02-07-2013 at 10:40 AM.. |

I would recommend for a used set of UUC or Corsa mufflers.
I bought mine new from a member on this site for $600 shipped.

VRSF is the best bang for you buck, but is pretty tame. A custom set up would be best if you are looking for something a good amount louder than stock and trying to keep it under $700

I have these two mufflers sitting in my garage in San Diego. You can have them for $200 bucks if you come pick them up. I live in North County. I am using the the piping, but the canisters are in perfect shape and they still have the piping off the back of them w/ the flange. Any muffler shop can weld em up.
