The KW DDC (Dynamic Damper Control) ECU coilovers remove the pain of getting out of the car and adjusting it manually. You can get the software from iTunes for free! You can adjust your coils with your IPhone. It has 3 settings (comfort, sport and sport+) or you can fine tune it yourself...

“When our W-LAN module is connected, the damper characteristics can easily and individually be adjusted. With the push of a button’ the driver’s set-ups can also be shared with friends via Email,” said KW’s Product Manager Johannes Wacker. Up to five separate setups can be stored at any one time.

24.08.2012 - Electronically adjustable coilovers for the F30 BMW 3 Series Type



The actively controlled KW DDC coilover Plug & Play compatible with the onboard electronics and adaptive chassis control of the new BMW 3 Series Sedan (F30). The driver can also choose the driving experience switch between the three BMW-driving modes "Comfort", "Sport" and "Sport +", the gain considerably by the adaptive KW coilover momentum. During installation, the series against the shocks assembled KW coilovers in "inox-line" stainless steel finish will be replaced. In addition, the BMW will 3er lowered with KW suspension in the TÜV-tested adjustment by up to 65 millimeters. BMW vehicles with adaptive damper control could often not be deeper with a sports suspension, without sacrificing the series special features. Being compatible with the BMW electronics, only the series shocks against the KW coilover suspension to be replaced. Another assembly effort is not necessary. By KW DDC coilover plug & play drivers have BMW F30 scale down the way their limousine on. The height adjustment is carried out directly on the dirt-repellent trapezoid thread on stainless steel strut. The TÜV-tested adjustment while a stepless Lowering from 40 to 65 millimeters at the front and 30 to 60 mm is possible behind. The height adjustment on the rear axle of the BMW F30 is the KW spring plate. The adaptive KW DDC coilover kit for the BMW F30 is inclusive of all New documents available immediately. For vehicles that have incorporated not fitted as standard adaptive suspension of BMW, there are of KW can retrofit an electronic damper adjustment. Immediately the KW DDC ECU KW coilover suspension with control via the iPhone app available. The adaptive damper adjustment of the BMW 3 Series act depending on the situation dynamically sporty or comfortable. The modes 'Sport' damper work agile, while in "Sport +" the sporty damping characteristics is paramount. About the included KW DDC probe of KW DDC ECU coilover suspension, the driver can change the damping characteristics on the road conditions with the modes "Comfort", "Sport" and "Sport +". looks similar to what Tein had some years ago with an optional EDFC kit that allowed for remote shock adjustments via a little electronic panel mounted in your dash. you could select from a few pre-programmed memory settings as well.

using a smartphone app instead of a remote panel is a pretty nice touch though.
