Are you going to lower it or go with wider tyres in the future? If yes then go with 12mm all round.
If you want to try 15mm and it rubs on the rear people have been known for running 15mm up front to give the bulldog look.

I'm lowered on Eibach springs, standard size 18" wheels, and 15mm rear spacers are fine. I think 20mm would probably still be OK but then I'd need to space the fronts too.

Um, rears are 8.5J, ET37 I think.
