e93 footwell, angel eyes flicker slightly when pressing brake

Hey guys,

Need your help with something, friend of my noticed that my angel eyes flickered when i pressed the brakes. I noticed this happening on the footwell light but thought it was a bulb issue.

This flickering is ever so slightly like the power has reduced and not Off/On, this only affects the Footwell (when lit), Angel Eyes and rear LED strip. Xenon and actual brakes do not appear to flicker. Note that this only happens when at night when car lights are on.

I removed both rear light harness and the flickering stops. If either of the rear lights are connected it flickers.

So I have a grounding problem somewhere. Could it be the lights or wiring somewhere else? Not really sure how to identify the issue.

Appreciate the help.
