Headlight Alignment Broken

Everything works perfectly and the final step was to align the lights. When i went to align the up/down on the passenger light, I noticed it kept spinning and spinning like it was stripped and never moved the beam. Then when i pulled the screw drver out, it pulled the piece that you turn out. That light wont adjust not and its very aggravating. Does anyone know how to fix this? pic attached... Attached Images
