Where to install suspension in the great lakes area?
I live in MI, but there is nothing around here.
Need to install Dinan suspension on my car - where in IL, OH, or MI is there a decent/well-priced shop that will install suspension and is open on Saturdays preferably?

There's a great shop in Holland that I can get you hook ups for.
Should be worth the 2.5 hr drive.

Nothing around Michigan?
Motowerks in Commerce, Auto Europe in Birmingham, Erhard BMW Dealerships.

Yeah.. There's quite a few shops in the Metro Detroit area that could definitely do this for you. Keep looking.

Motorwerks and Nicolas Motorsport are expensive rip offs imo. Called them and was quoted 850 and 1000. I am from the east coast and I had springs installed on my E90 for 300.
So far Boost Controlled seems relatively cheap pricewise, but they are still about double what I paid before. Going to keep looking, and might even drive to Chicago for a deal cause no way am I paying over $600 to install springs.

out of curiosity, did the $300 for your E90 include an alignment? i installed the springs myself then had motorwerks do my alignment so it all cost me about 350 for parts+alignment. so if i had a shop do it, maybe it'd take 3 hours of labor @ 100/hr for the springs which would bring it to about 650.

Installing springs and Installing Dinan suspension are 2 different things. It all comes down to labor hours x cost of labor, fairly simple. Why would you buy Dinan in the first place? Cheaper, some say better, options are around.

This is for my F30 AWD so there really aren't many options available. Dinan retains factory warranty and have proven springs that are perfectly suitable for the shitty roads here while giving a decent drop. They are perfect for what I am looking for.
This is not something I can DIY given my limited tools, living in an apartment, and relatively difficult job

I wouldn't even base him on the price. I think the best part right now is he just opened up his own legit shop now. Coolest guy. Has been tuning my 335i and doing a lot of my installs.

My F30 has about 5000 miles, so I think it's a bit early for a walnut blast.
