Hey guys,
i was wondering if you guys have a recommendation as to who to speak to in relation to buying a new vehicle. the guy I am dealing with is... sort of rude.. maybe because I am driving a 2nd hand bmw? I dont know but anyway... was just wondering if you guys have any recommendations. |

The guy I dealt with at the Wanchai showroom was super chill, Mr. Kwok. If I can find his card, I'll post his mobile number up here. Otherwise, give the showroom a call and ask for him.

My sales person is a very nice lady... rotates between showrooms but at the Wanchai showroom a lot...

Maybe BMWHK thinks they are selling so many cars they can slack off on customer service (big mistake!). I don't see what can justify their complacency however, there aren't that many F30s on the road. Granted it's still brand new in the product cycle, but I don't see so many F30s on the road compared to the F10s at the same time when it as new. |
