I had my very first car tinted and it was broken into, twice. Since then, 3 cars later I have never tinted my cars, and have never had a break in (knock on wood). This may all be a coincidence, but I want potential thieves to see in my car and realize there is nothing to take, rather than them break my window to discover the very same thing.

I completely blacked out the rear glass (limo) and did a CA legal extremely light tint on the side windows...its so light you cant really tell its there unless you're glaring at the sun through it.

No issues with the police so far... or a more accurate statement would be I haven't had an issue with the police regarding the window tint.

jet black , black interior btw

Do 30-35% on the rears and call it a day ... make sure you go to a legit shop and get high a good quality film so you dont have to worry about peeling or some clown doing a bad job and you potentially having bubbles or some other issue

That's just unlucky, I think. Sucks, though!

If you have comfort access, make sure to get the right kind otherwise it will affect the range.

I myself am thinking that I may not even tint at all. I've got Space Grey and shadowline trim - I don't like the blocked look of black on grey....I kinda wish I had the silver trim to break it up....it's the designer in me.
I have the rear sunshade coupled with black interior makes it pretty cave like to me without the burden of tinting.
