I am hearing a strange sound with the car off

I just went outside to put my JB+ back in and I opened the hood and locked the doors and i started hearing the noise that sounds like an electric buzz or something that is sounding about every 30 seconds.
Here is a link to a video of the noise on facebook. You have to turn up the volume and it happens at the end of the video. If anyone has heard this or know what it is please let me know. Thanks.

Normal hear it all the time...don't worry about it...but it sounds like pressure releasing like when you fart but try to hold your cheeks so no one will here you!!!

heard that the other day. It does sound like an electrical fart or digi-queef if you will.

It sounds like my air conditioner at home when the motor blew so I was worried. but I guess it's nothing. thanks guys.

Made my night! I actually heard that guy rattling stuff in my car back in Munich the day I picked up at the delivery center. He still runs around in there each time I shutoff and this is 20K miles and 2yrs later. I say he has serious stamina.

i thought it was the electrical water pump!!! pretty sure that is what it is!!
