What to even do with it...?

Hey people,

So..My Bimmer - E93 320i 2008 has a bunch of problems. I believe it is the N43.

It is burning oil, misfiring which are the MAIN problems. I replaced Stem seals, sparks, coils, injector on Cylinder 3..still rough idling, jerking, misfiring etc. I am thinking it could be PCV / Piston rings...I am considering replacing the engine then selling...what do you guys think?

If you're going to sell, just sell as-is. Unlikely you will recoup your expenses of putting in a new engine.
