How does my budget system compare to H/K factory option?

Hello everyone, I been lurking on these forums for a while now. Finally decided to make my first post so here goes...

So I have the base system in my 2011 E90, I been doing some research on these forums to find a solid upgrade for around $1000. So my question is, how is my system compared to H/K? I have actually never heard it myself...

I have these parts due to arrive soon:
Rainbow 210.25 4" front speakers + 20mm tweeters
SWS-8X earthquake subs
JL Audio XD700/5 amp
JL Cleansweep

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated!
