Automatic Date/Time update using GPS time from Navi possible?

I have an 08 iDrive with Navi and wonder if the date/time auto updates using the GPS? I know 04 Acura with navi does this already.

Wow, nobody cares? I seriously hate having to remember to adjust the clock during daylight savings time.

Don't think its possible which is why you have no responses..

In the module when coding there is something that translates roughly to GPS time but it was active on my car and but I have to set the time manually. Its only twice a year..

Thanks alot for responding. Quite sad, with a 2nd iteration of the iDrive, it's still worst than an 03 built Acura navigation system...unbelievable.
