Radio reset code?

Does anyone know whether the car radio requires a code to be input if the battery is disconnected? I have gone through the owner's manual and the radio operating instructions and can't seem to find anything.

All my other cars in the past (including my 2002 325i) had a code that was used to reset the radio if the battery is ever disconnected.

If it helps, I have the factory installed car alarm and the upgraded "Individual" sound system in a 2011 335i xDrive.

From my experience, no. You have to reset the clock, if that counts.
