Anyone know of any outfits that do this for a reasonable price? Local CT said $200 a year storage plus $90 for each swap despite the tires being on rims ... seems excessive.
You may want to check Simply Tire, I know they used to have some deal around $200 or $250 per year which included both storage for the off season set + taking care of two seasonal change overs per year for you.

It's probably a little cheaper than the CT route, plus I promise you would far rather have Allen + his guys doing this work for you vs. the high school kids @ CT.

Other option you could look at is a small storage locker, but those are probably going to be minimum $60-70 per month in GTA and not sure how they would feel about you changing out wheels/tires in their parking lot. It's an option if you have a friend with some driveway space you can use a couple of times a year though.

I believe you have 1010tires there. I store mine there and I think I pay $60 per season.

Drive to a nearby big box store one evening, swap them in their lot in an empty section, bring the other wheels back home for storage?
