A very fast tuned one. His car is very quick.
Runs 13.1-13.2 1/4's at 109-110mph. RS4's run 13.2-13.4@ 103-104. Thats with 4WD also, they would get a great 0-60 compared to the golf but then he would reel it in like a fucker. Like the rolling vid he pulled away clearly. Now i cant understand why he has been done when no speedo is on show?

Surely if he didn't admit to it, how could the police prove it WAS him?
How do the authorities prove the film is accurate, he was the driver, the incident ever took place etc? |

My point exactly - deny it and get them to prove otherwise, because I'm really struggling to see how that particular offence could be proven and a successful prosecution made.
Daft bugger should have kept his mouth shut, probably panicked. |

depends really cos if the vid is posted using his forum name thing (havent seen the youtube posting so dont know if it was) and the police get his details from registration on various forums then they would surely be able to prosecute him for the fact that he was street racing.
The admission of speeding though I would assume is purely down to him bricking it with the thought of other potential charges and trying to co-operate |

Nope...
A slightly less fabricated/glorified/exaggerated report than the Sun's effort.. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/linc ... 960699.stm For a start, it was NEVER posted on YouTube (media for you) but was on a private hosting site with the link posted to one forum. But no it wasn't big, wasn't clever and i'm not pround of it. Just one of those stupid moments we all have in our lifes.. |
