Style 189s or CSLs
can't go wrong on either of those

They are going to be 19's so rules out the 189's as aren't they 18's only?

One of the four is the CSL in bronze...

The style 199 was on the list but didn't make the final cut!

Nice update buddy.

Glad the tint got sorted relatively easily and saved yourself a little removing it yourself too.

Wheels, wheels, wheels lol.

If I were you I'd just buy all 4 sets and fit them all one after the other and then keep the best ones LOL.

Sound advice, to be fair at this rate there maybe two sets. None are massively expensive and tyres can be transferred pretty easily. I just might be sleeping with them in the garage when the wife realises!

Bronze wheels on a black car is pretty bold.

What are the other 3 on your shortlist?

You've chosen the wrong car if you don't 😉 My wife goes mad with me when we park up

Very, very nice mate! Similar to mine with the contrasting auburn leather, which I love.

You cannot beat an LCI touring. Very handsome cars indeed - best looking in their class - and nicer than the F31 aesthetically. I look back at mine too!

The list went up to 5 and I have finally settled on one set...

The others on my list were another set of Cades Apollo's, Veeman V-FS23, OEM 403M and then the last option which is now preferred. Case is closed! All will be revealed early next year.

In other news the car failed its MOT on rear bushes, it flagged on the check i did but thought i'd have another year. I planned to have it done just turned out being sooner than I wanted and took my M3 steering wheel money

However, its not stopped the black grilles which have made a big difference, LED interior bulbs and new number plates.

Plan is to give the car a proper clean this weekend so I'll take some updated pictures.

Pity on the MOT front. At least you knew about it before hand.

Well I've still got my M3 wheel sat here ready for when you have the money again LOL. It's been retrimmed by Jack so is a touch thicker than standard too.

Look forward to the updated pics.

Went out at the weekend to take some proper pictures. Got to the location and camera in hand realised the battery was flat, I blame the wife

Got one on the phone, black grilles make a big difference.

I also went out for a decent drive last night, great to be back in a 35i. It's been a long time since I've had a smile like that. Still not got the M3 wheel or alpina flash which I think will only increase my enjoyment!

Why has it got a pre-LCI centre climate panel when it's a LCI?

It has the REST function instead of ALL and the heated seat buttons are lower down instead of up top?

The revised climate control panel did not come in LCI, it came in after. I believe it was 10MY build onwards.
