Arrow MMW: Supercharged N52 e90 328i - 5/18/12

Well, here is a first look for you guys, I've been hard at work making this a reality, and I'm beyond happy to bring it out.

the car will be at Bimmerfest - West tomorrow also, any questions - Post them up and i will get right to you

Yes, I know, Its not the best video it just a quick look at what we are working on for the show, and yes it's on a dyno and yes - it really works.

Right now we are on a lower boost setting, as I still have some final touches to do next week to bring the power up, its at a modest 250Whp with a fully stock exhaust system (all 4 factory cats, res, and oem muffler.)

Projecting 320-350whp all said and done with headers and final tuning.

Also, this is 90% of the production parts as the final intake is still being machined and wont make it to the show - but you guys get the idea I think

It took forever, there is so much work and time in this car it's a little obsurd. This has been almost a year of hard work to get it working correctly, no limp mode, no bucking, no leaks.

We still have some finishing touches to do after Bimmerfest, but I wanted to bring the car out and drive it to the show with this 90% completed setup. We are still machining a new intake for it and will be putting the new exhaust on too, and final dynos and graphs will be up with the power next week when it's 100% finished.

It really is. You can read up all you want about how to please a woman, you can look at all the diagrams in the world, but just like the clitoris, you won't know what the hell an apex is before you actually find it.

It wont be at a booth sadly but as you can see - finishing it the day before the event left a major doubt over knowing if we could even make it.

But I will be there with it and if you want to email me, I will give you my cell to meet up and check it out.

Holy shit Gavin, that much power? 370-400 at the crank?

You think the autos can take that?

Yes, we think it is there to be had with the auto, not AWD though. Manual will be the ones who have the best shot at the highest numbers if they feel like pushing it.

Im still here working on the car and getting some things cleaned up for tomorrow, I want to take some night shots tonight if it stays nice outside.

Well, It's a beautiful night out here right now, 70 degrees outside and the car loves it. We were dynoing in 90+ today, but right now the car is reacting wonderfully and I am very pleased with where it is for today.

The ECU is not an issue, because we have a pretty advanced piggy back that takes the OEM values and tunes them to the needed specs. It just uses the signals from the ECU from a given wire (let's say the Crank sensor) and then tunes the input and output to allow for boost (or more/less fuel, timing, error cancelation... and so on)

If I wanted an unreliable, force-fed 3 series with that kind of power I would've bought a 335i
