1400 must be no air bag-.-
It is the tischer one. Plug and play for Sport package
There is DIY I think

I have this wheel and it's the greatest thing ever. Anybody that sees it for the first time goes crazy for it. I bought mine when they first came out and it cost me $1000 installed. You won't get that price anymore.
