meth tubing that comes with vishnu kit

Am I missing something obvious? I need to order additional tubing as I plan to move the kit to the trunk, and I have measured the tubing that came with the kit to have the following specs:

1/4" OD
3/16" ID
1/16" Wall thickness <-- this is important that it is not 1/32"

Searching McMASTER-CARR (http://www.mcmaster.com) and a few other industrial websites, I cannot find any HDPE or Teflon PTFE that meets those specs.

As soon as I set search requirements to have a 1/4" OD (necessary because the hose slides inside compression nut), and a wall thickness of 1/16" (important because this increases the maximum PSI it can withstand), I only seem to get options of 1/8" ID.

Am I messing up the measurements of the original tubing or something? Didn't think it would be this hard to match ...

When I swapped to the trunk I used this tubing:
http://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/118/132/=j506dc

"Choose-A-Color Flexible Nylon Tubing, .170" ID, 1/4" OD, .040" Wall Thickness, Black, 25' L"

Part # 5548K84

Thanks. Does it not bother you that the chemical sheet gives Nylon a 'B' rating, which says:

Moderate Effect—Some chemical resistance. Some performance degradation. Shortening of product life.

I've been looking at the other plastics mentioned in the original post because they get the A rating "No Effect—Excellent chemical resistance. No performance degradation."

definitely missed that! could have sworn I read it differently when I ordered. I'll just keep an eye on it I guess.

I'm pretty sure this is the exact stuff vishnu supplies with their kit if you want to just get it from howerton:

You're probably fine with Nylon .. I hope I didn't make you worry about your setup now

6mm is from pump to the split. Once it's the split where it "y" it goes into 4mm

This is correct. And the kit uses 1/4 inch hose from devil's own. It is written on the tube. 6mm is what I'm using now. However, 6mm will not work with 1/4 tees if you ever use any down the line. 6mm is smaller than 1/4"

The clear tubing after the FAV is 4mm. Before FAV it is 6mm.
4mm clear hoses
Product description:Used after the HSV / FCM and FAV in most kits.

6mm tubing
Product description: Used from the tank to pump, and pump to HSV/FCM and FAV in most systems.

Vishnu uses 6mm to run up to the FAV. After the FAV, it turns into the 4mm clear tubing. Check above links.
