So as I order a few more things, I need a good paint shop. Sorry but a vendor asked $380 to paint side skirts, seemed a LITTLE too high. Any recommendations?

I got my M3 sides painted and installed at Micelli's in Newark, NJ. Did a great job for a very reasonable price...definitely lower than what you got quoted. This was the second time I had work done with them and both times was very pleased with their work.
