Got an email today that eisenhaus have wired the 'compensation'. Will not hold my breath until the funds show up in the account.
If they have then I will be a happy camper, still a tad pissed that it happened at all & that my vendor did not make good and then chase his supplier for the refund. Anyway should know for sure in the next couple of days. |

Sorry to hear about this to those of you. I am currently screwed out of $6700, a set of OEM 162 with tires, springs, along with three other friends that are screwed out of another couple thousand dollars. I am currently working with my lawyer to have a subpoena served as soon as possible. That situation will show up here very soon.
Besides that, I know what you guys are going through as it is the latter for me currently. Best of luck. |

It seems like it. It is going to take me a full day and then some to devise a comprehensive post with proper support and evidence. I'm talking to my lawyer tomorrow to make sure that this will be okay because we have decided we are going to go through the litigation process. We've been told it will cost around 25K. This vendor is not an E90Post vendor, however, all of the BMW/car community, especially locally, is in jeopardy of being screwed. It's a name that has been made a joke in the E90 Post community so many won't be surprised. Like I said, I don't want to hijack this thread with my problems, but in the name of protecting the community and in the name of justice, I thought it was relevant to let everybody know to keep an eye out for my thread in the coming days.
My thoughtsd are extended to those still affected by this scum bag, I've got my own to deal with. |

I don't know if this is the same John that we are talking about, but there used to be a vendor in SImi Valley goes by the name JT motorsport. He used to be exclusive ABT vendor; nice guy but got caught faking some of ABT products
