Rybrook Warwick BMW - Woohoo!
Just to say how impressed I am with this dealer.
Got my M3 back today with a new battery, cost covered completely by BMW. I like the way they went the extra mile to get this (out of manufacturer 3 year warranty) problem sorted. This on the back of a very reasonably (for BMW) priced 30,000 mile service which included spark plugs and diff oil in addition to the usual micro-filter and oil service....cost £490 (I supplied the oil). The Customer Service manager sits with the rest of the service advisers and handles customers which I think is quite a nice touch. If you are in the area I would gives these guys a go. |

Great news mate. Told you they were a good bunch.
Mine's in there tomorrow for a new nav unit. Rybrook Warwick is my local dealer and I have a great relationship with them. I suspect buying 3 M cars from them over the years might have helped. Either way, their customer service is top notch and they've had my repeat business for over a decade. |

Mine is due this service in April - the handbook refers to it as the 3rd oil service, it's a big one. I'll also be getting my gearbox oil changed too. Does your car feel any different? |

I don't think it feels any different....but its hard to say as even with the totally brilliant Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres on the back, wheel spin is still a problem when the roads have that winter salty slick surface....getting onto full throttle takes some care.
