Just did this... so here's how it works...

I bought new wheels and center caps... the tire shop put my old ones on by mistake... I was bummed. But I got it home, went into the bathroom and grabbed a suction cup from the shower (one of those that clings onto the racks/mirrors etc that hang in the shower) and first try, super easy. The larger the suction cup (as long as it still fits completely on the center cap) the better. If you want, I can post up a picture.

Another source for a strong suction cup may be an auto parts store like AutoZone or Napa. They are often part of dent-pulling kits. At the least the folks that work there should be able to refer you to a local shop that sells them. I even thought I saw them at Lowes in the flooring tile area?

I used a suction cup from a portable GPS.

Just an FYI, that's what I tried first... I have a dent puller suction cup, but it was too large and went over the lug holes, which created no suction. The shower one worked great.

Sweet, I'm going to try this. Also, I couldn't find the OEM center caps on BMW's website. They do sell them as accessories right?
