Winter Tires
k so im contemplating the blizzaks lm25 , pirelli sottozero , or the dunlops winter sport m3. What would u suggest? Also i have a 2008 335i convertible. Should i put weight in the trunk ? If so what should it be? (i.e sand bags or dumb bells)

You won't need extra weight if you have snow tires. Oh yeah, I have brand new M3's for sale if you are interested too.

When I was driving my M3 back and forth from Annapolis to DC in the winter, I used to put a couple bags of "tube sand" in the forward part of the trunk, strapped down. The weight seemed to help, and the sand came in handy once or twice for traction.

The softer handling "squishy" Blizzaks are the WS60/WS70. The LM25 is actually a more performance oriented model much like the Dunlop M3 and 3D. I'd stick with either one of those for most areas and the Pirelli for a very light snow area.
