HELP - Need CARB code or possibly to borrow an intake

So I'm selling my 335i in a few days, and COMPLETELY forgot about smog.. I know injen has the N54 carb legal intake.. does anyone have the carb exempt code for it? (or any other CA legal intake) I have a BMS dual cone on mine right now and misplaced the OEM one

OR

Is there anyone in the Fresno area who has an OEM one I can borrow for about an hour?
