Thats odd? I have AA DP's and have only used off the shelf maps so far and have never had the check engine light and I did NOT have to do anything special?

Past 2 weekends I have found some time to go on a drive here in the Bay Area. Went to the Foothills and San Gregorio beach. On my way I pulled over and took some shots of the car.
Note: there is a decent amount of quality loss due resize done by flickr but wanted to share anyway.

Dashes are slightly different for DTC off (Sport or Sport/Traction and "DTC" or icon). I think they changed the display mid-2011, but LC function is the same on all IS if that's what you're referring to. marflis is blipping the throttle to not launch at the default 5K RPM limiter.

Just finished installing M3 front swaybar and 3" catless Downpipes. Nice little improvement in handling. The car sounds nuts with downpipes!
I'll be doing the rear M3 swaybar and whiteline subframe inserts in the next couple weeks. |

Awesome, do you have the typical rasp at around 5-6K RPM's.
I did the same was too raspy and put resonators in. Now it is to damn tame and muffled so reversing back to OEM exhaust and 3 Inch Down-pipes and will live with the rasp. These cars sound to good to tame them down.

What are you looking to get out of it? How much comfort do you want to sacrifice? How much are you willing to spend?

http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-12...t-e82-e9x.aspx Plus: Front M3 sway bar. For the rear, upper links, guide rods, and toe arms (I used megan toe arms). If you install it yourself it should come to a little over $1k. That was my plan, but I ended up getting both sway bars, M3 diff bushings, and MRF solid subframe bushings as well. There is no longer any slop in my suspension. Feels great, but you get increased NVH from the more solid bushings, mainly the control arms.
