OEM or aftermarket? (x3)

I'm thinking that ER might be the way to go & that I could add some Wetter Water to make sure it stays close to 230.

With my OEM oil cooler, the temps hover around 220-230 but after extensive driving, it will stay pegged at 240. I honestly don't see any reason to upgrade unless my car visited the track often (road course, autox etc).

I'm also running JB4 tune so my temps r going to be higher than stock 335's with oil coolers

2007 sport package with OEM oil cooler.I have never seen over 250. I have a JB4 and only touch 250 if I'm having fun! My father has an 08 no sport package no oil cooler and stays around 240.

I think since I'm going FBO + now strongly considering getting some custom COBB maps made, that I will upgrade my OEM oil cooler. Since the custom maps will be maximizing performance for pump gas + the parts I have installed, that I might also get custom Race/E85 Maps made for those special occasions

Anything below 230 degrees is impressive!! That is a grade A oil cooler. I would also like to know what temperature is optimum. I think the cooler the better right?! I think there are mixed opinions on this.

i have a 2007 sport, no oil cooler. normal day to day is around 210 but even after hard runs, i haven't had it past 240. It takes almost a good 10-15 minutes of normal city driving before it even reaches near the 210

2010, factory oil cooler equipped car. Before my new water pump and t-stat the car would consistently and quickly get to 240-250 and stay there. Now, with the new parts, it will stay at 220-230 depending on outside temperature, 240-250 if running it hard.
