I have a 2009 e93 335, and it seems like maybe someone took it out of mine. I got it used, so not sure if this was an option or all e93s came with this emergency kit from factory?

It's under the passenger seat. You've got a picture of the drivers seat...

That's is the passenger side (U.S. model) it's left hand drive
