Anyone had HPFP replaced by BMW for warranty

I know the HPFP has a warranty of 10 year/100k but my car is at 127k right now. Needs a new HPFP (going weak) and was hoping I could get BMW to change it.

The car is not in any USA BMW database because it was purchased in Germany and spent its life until mid last year over there. I can't search it on vin recall and I have even had BMW dealership run the vin for information and they got nothing. It was at a US Military Car Sales in Germany.

Its 10 years and 120K miles for the pump. All you can do is go ask if they could do a good will repair. All pumps I have seen are rebuilt anyway for about 400 bucks.
