nothing that I am aware in your area but your not too far off from OSS in Miami or oneighty in New York

Bavgruppedesign sells actual kits basically like OSS for a good price, pretty reputable company and they give instructions I think. I will be ordering those soon and attempting it with my neighbour. All you got to really watch is the sealing, and the lighting is properly wired up. I'd search the forums a few of the guys here have done amazing jobs with DIY write ups, it will definitely guide you and inform you.
