E90 offset
I put a deposit down on an E90 SE but one thing i noticed is that the rear wheels sit in very far I dont have much knowledge or experience of bmws but i was wondering could someone tell me the reason why they sit in so far and is this normal for a 3 series.
Also where would be the best place to get a set of spacers. here is a pic of the car thanks in advance |

They are the wrong wheels for the car. Probably copies 8" wide all round whereas the BMW offerings would be staggered and fill the rear arches more.
Nothing massively wrong though, the SE 16" wheels are often replaced with these copies. |

Think your wheels are MV3 replicas. 18 x 8 all round. The genuine staggered set up (8.5" rear) should fill out your wheel arches nice.

I live outside Downpatrick mate, where abouts are you?
Yea it is an awesome looking M-Sport, the guy on ReallyMeanSounds.com doesnt own it anymore though. Ive decided not to mess around with spacers, instead im gona get a set of wheels that are the proper wideness at the rear |

I'm from near magherafelt myself. I agree getting proper wheels with better offsets is probably a wiser move than starting into spacers!

I've got the genuine 18" MV3 alloys on my E91, and I think I need spacers on those
