BMW Owner's Circle problem

I can't sign up for the Owner's Circle, I am getting an "Application Error" after the first page of registration. Anyone else had this problems? How did they remedy it?

I thought it was just me!! I've been getting the same error message all day and haven't found a solution yet.

Owner's Circle is now incorporated into the regular BMW site. I worked for me this morning ???
