I try to but now ive got this bumper it seems like it needs a splitter to finish it off. Really liked the kerscher one (mentioned in first post of this thread), but a part of it ripped off on the M1 so not confident on the quality lol.

It could also do with a bonnet bulge like the M3 but without the vents...

Yeah I'm sourcing all the bits for my conversion and thinking of extra bits constantly even though I should be stopping lol.

I'm thinking of filling the vents in on the M3 bonnet I've sourced to detract from the total M3 look.

Your rear end will look mean especially with those tyres! Did you source an oem m3 bonnet? Will that fit?

Thanks. Its always hard with aftermarket fibreglass parts to fit like oem, but this really does look oem now. Very happy with it!

Yeah tyres look bloody wide in the flesh. Can't wait to mount them to the new rims.

Yeah I've got the bonnet, wings, bumpers, side skirts, bumper bars LOL. Bonnet is too long for standard arches etc.

Wow that sounds expensive! I suppose its the best way to do it with oem parts though. When you looking to fit them?

I'd be inclined to leave them. Maybe different if you were putting a dome on a standard bonnet, but as you are going the full hog why create extra work. You will need a new reservoir for the windscreen washers as it will not fit with the new wings. New wheels liners as well, but guess you know all that. Good luck with it.

Errrr yeah it's adding up LOL.

Just deciding the most cost effective way to get the rear arches done and the full respray.

Yeah I'll leave em, as you say why create extra work. Only reason for filling them in was to detract from the complete front end M3 look but then it's always going to look like an M3 from the front. Yeah I've got the washer bottle and arch liners and other bits.

From the rear it will still look like the 335i just with the flared arches but from the front it will look like the M3 lol.

Nothing wrong with that. The flare on the front wings is awesome. How will you do the rears? A cut out from an M3?

Yeah that's ultimately what I'm after as the new rims will be sticking out a further 23mm from where mine currently are so deffo need the arches.

Rears will be custom (like Az did really) as the cost of the rear quarters doesn't make it cost effective.

Sorry Mo for hijacking your thread lol

Cool. I checked the functionality of the electronic speed limit on my car last weekend. Seems to be fully functional. (with 2 gears to spare).

Sorry Mo for the thread jack.
