front rattle/clinging noise

So I installed eibach lowering springs on my stock b4 struts. Lately I’ve been hearing some rattling noises especially when I’m going over uneven road.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what that could be? Are my front shocks blown? They are dry and not leaking and seem to be in good condition. They handle bumps fine but each time I hear the rattle like the spring is loose but I checked the strut mounts and sway bar links and all seemed fine.

Thanks

My suspension is in need of repairs. I have a metallic clanking noise on bumps I've isolated it to the metal silver plate looking thing on my drivers side front. I've forgotten what that thing is or what its there for. I personally with nothing to go on blame it on my shocks being shot and not isolating the jarring bumps traveling to that plate causing it to rattle.

You might be able to stick some dynamat on that plate to isolate

If this didn't occur right after the spring install you may want to inspect/change the sway bar bushings. They may look ok however over bumps if they're worn they may cause a heavy knock noise.

Here

Loose or misaligned springs. Ensure that the lowering springs are properly seated and secured in their perches. If they are not aligned correctly or if any part of the installation was not done accurately, it could lead to rattling.
