probably had to take people out of the quality control line to put them in the production line, usually what happens when companies start selling in big numbers

Any company can make a mistake. What's important is how the company responds. It looks like ER is addressing the problem and making right by the customer. That's good service.

I hope it is not a CF engine cover. Had one on my 135 and it turned yellow. Maybe they use better clear coat now.

Edit; yeah it looks different than what i bought for my 135. They must have changed suppliers.

Yeah, the welds are terrible on the piping. Expect a lot more from ER.
