UV and near-UV LEDs are cheap and plentiful. Could be an interesting hack.

I do not think it is "rice" because:
(1) it is an interior modification
(2) it does not make the car appear like it has better performance

He has the right to put anything he wants in his car. It is his liberty (unless some stupid was passed forbidding that someplace).

I've got UV blacklights in my footwells and under the door.... I know what youre thinking but it looks really slick on AW and the uv is very subtle in the footwells. Get a good LED kit for the rest of the interior but I wouldnt do the whole thing in UV... it wouldnt be functional.
