Question Help/advice needed.....

I have just installed the ETS fmic, AR catless downpipes and the JB4 but am now having problems with boost (I think??)
The car doesnt seem to boost until very high up in the rev range, or sometimes not at all.
It isnt all the time but sometimes it will completely cut the power and I jump forward in the seat as the car almost stops???
I have done some research and come up with a few things, but before I say what, I'd like your advice please.

Cheers.

I have JB4, I've had this a couple of times only when I have traction control on though.
I put it down to the traction cutting power to the wheels, maybe it's something else.
