hate my car

For being so good. Had it almost 3 years, time to change, but just the fact I want something different, but i've got the best car in the world..looking at tt's, r32's, s3' 630/645......wasting my time around the £20k mark. Stuck with a 3 series for eternity.......rant over!!

Ha, good for you.

Had a e46 m3 a few years ago but only for 6 months, miss it every day, but not compatible with big miles,

Lol Paul, yeah you've got a very good car but variety is the spice of life. Try an open mind and my attitude ie. zero brand loyalty..........what do they care anyhow and of course there's so such thing as perfect. As with partners it's the overall package, you never get utopia.

Have a drive in a M3 but be objective in your mind...........then honest.

got to say its a tough choice out there, I've looked at all main brands Audi, VW, Merc, when e46 had to go and only BMw offered the in my view quality with the nicest interior and build style. Others seems to have really cheapend their interiors with poor hard plastics and loads of sharp edges, for example the A3 its interior in places feels worse that that of a FOcus, with hard rough plastics, considering the premiums its touch choice.

Short of going to porche etc but then you have costs to that as well.

I found it hard to move from BMW

I'm in the same boat.

I can't come up with any car I want to swap to.

Closest is a 335i, but it will be an expensive move for the extra performance.

An e46 M3 would also be great, but the interior is a bit dated and with the mileage I do it will be expensive to run.

So I end up staying put with the 330i

HAHA..I was considering selling mine too.. but without a huge cash injection (I need a job first!) it makes no sense to sell or replace as this is the most fun and best all round car I have ever had or indeed driven.

As reviews have said, the powerful diesel 3 series are all the car you ever need really!

Fast, good on fuel, handle brilliantly, well made, practical, not too expensive to run, even fairly kind to the environment - you can't lose really!

What's wrong with the conclusion that the decision you made quite some time ago still proves to be the right one!

How many people can say that? Be happy about it!
