Question regarding tire balancing.
I had TPMS installed but the installer didn't remove the tire completely. He just pushed the side down where the valve is and installed the TPMS. He deflated the tire of course.
Would this cause the balancing to get thrown off?

Yes. You just added a lump of metal inside the wheel. You need to get them balanced after.
