Own the Stett Chargepipe? Got a Meth Kit?

Last week I installed the Stett pipe and the Coolingmist stage2 meth kit.

I'm looking for others that have a similar setup as I have. I'm curious if others have had similar experiences.

My Setup:
91 Octane
Stett Chargepipe/Tial BoV using the 2nd meth bung
CMGS Stage 2 Meth Kit will progressive controller
80/20 Denatured Alky/Distilled water mix
Typical ambient 95-115
Typical non-cooled IATs are ambient+15degrees
Cooled IAT's down to 60 - this is the CEL threshold
Typical ambient humidity 5-15%

Symptoms:
The system is over cooling my IATs. If I set the spray to start at say 6.5psi and max at 15psi, the system will reduce my IATs by up to 50 degrees in just 1 pull. Such an extreme change in IATs causes the ECU to throw the following code/CEL:

2F09:
2F09 Inlet air temperature sensor, plausibility
Error will cause a warning light
Error is currently present
Test conditions have not been completed
Signal or value below threshold

Event 1Odometer 12448kms 7734miles
Intake air temperature 18.75 °C
inlet air temperature at start 60.75 °C
ambient temperature 31.50 °C
Engine temperature 99.00 °C

I can and have corrected the issue by setting the max duty on the controller/pump to 50% thus cutting in half the amount of spray.

I ran a couple of logs to see how my timing is doing with the loss of octane from the reduction in alky and everything appears to be pretty good. I've attached a couple of the graphs. I tried to stick to 4th gear for the logs but kicked down a couple of times.


Thanks for your input. Hopefully I find a couple others with similar setups.
