For an FRM2 it's +MUEB added to the VO

For an FRM3 it's +MUH2 added to the VO

lol

I am one of those people.. haha. thanks everyone for the answers in this thread.

Also what does CC_MELD_BFD_BL do? On the spreadsheet of known code list, it says it is required to get rid of an error. I just finished coding my car without the MELD and I don't get errors or fast blinking...

Did you just disable cold and warm? Me after adding MUEB i still needed to disable cold and warm for my rear but my front led lights worked without doing any coding maybe the MUEB is for the front lci lights?

I just went into NRFM since mine is 2007 and did the ones on the first page. Didn't change VO or anything.

Retrofitting e92 lci tail light

How do I code for an e92 325i with frm 2 if I wish to retrofit the lci tail lights? Is this via changing the vo? Please help.

If you don't update your footwell module, you need to edit single lines.

How is this done? This is a very cryptic thread. Are you guys saying that instead of disabling bulb checks, we can instead add to the cars VO to accomplish the same? Am trying to help a forum member and I cannot find the right bulb check parameters in his FRM. Thoughts?

You can use the VO method if you have the correct footwell module for the retrofit. If you want to use the old footwell, you use the bulb check removal method.

My car was coded and everything work correctly.

However, I'm getting an error on my iDrive which says "Rear right Brake Lamp Malfunction"

This error easily goes away in the summer time, but takes a while longer or maybe doesn't go away at all during winter.

Any advice?

You do not have the correct NFRM - turning off bulb checks is your easiest/cheapest avenue

I just did nicht_aktiv to:

KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BL_M_1 (cold brake light)
KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BLK_H (cold signal rear)
WARMUEBERWACHUNG_BL_M_1 (warm brake light)

No errors, no fast blinker.

I do get flickering at start up and a buddy told me he sees flickering after I use my turn signals. I might have to code WARMUEBERWACHUNG_BLK_HI (warm signal rear) to nicht_aktiv also.

Is this correct?

So let's say when I'm coding my E90 for the Xenons I have to put $522 in VO, but following those instructions, do I still have to change job in LMA...?
