MFest
Who is all registered? Lets start a list:
1.SmdauberM3 (Stephen) - E46 M3 +1 2.Brandon - 335xi +1 3. Andy - E92 M3 +1 4. Jim - M5 + 1 5. Sid, E92 M3, +1 6. Phil, E46 M3 / track option Here is the itinerary for MFest. I copied David's from last year. 4/19 Thurs -For those of us up north (Fort Collins/Loveland/Longmont), we can meet up along the way if we want off I-25 but we should make them quick, as to make it to the meeting point on time. Meet west side of Denver between 6-630am, I-70 Morrison Exit #259. (see steps below to find) There is a Conoco gas station there we can all get topped off if needed and get some early morning snacks. Be at the gas station around 630am so we can all gather and meet each other incase we havent yet and that way we can get off on the road close to 645. To see where this is...go to http://maps.google.com/ and enter these coordinates and hit search maps ------> 39.697595,-105.207932 ;its a right once off the interstate then a left at the light that is about 1/8 mile up...go down about 1/4 mile or so and you will see the gas station on the right/HUGE park n ride lot on the left. 1030-11am Stop in Grand Junction for Lunch/Gas, meet up with Jim and whoever else in that area is joining him. ---- Horizon Drive exit, Turn right and immediate left into the Shell station. Take up pump as you can and the rest form line and then park in back of the shell, or go across the street to Wendys for lunch. 1130-12p Leave GJ and head along the way...wont need gas until Beaver Utah (15 miles south of the I-70/I-15 juncture), and meet up with any Utah or whoever else Mfester's from that area. (arrive around 230-3pm) to Beaver (large gas station at first exit and on the right, next to Wendy's) 3-330pm Arrive/Leave Beaver for Vegas, meet up with PNW caravan. Large gas station at first exit and on the right, next to Wendy's. 5-530pm PACIFIC time, Arrive in Vegas (its about 3 or so hours from Beaver) 4/20 Leave Palazzo early like 9am and head to meet up with the local Mfesters at the M resort and then head to jean around 940 or so, arrive Jean at 10 meet up with the Socal caravan. Please remember all times are tentative for arrival/departure locations. Time has been added to account for large number of participants/cars. As a caravan, if one person from a car needs to stop at a rest stop to take a pit stop, the whole caravan should stop as well as a courtesy. ******Pre-Mfest Meet at Bandimere April 15th****** **Attendee List for MFEST V** 1.SmdauberM3 (Stephen) - E46 M3 +1 2.Brandon - 335xi +2 3. Andy - E92 M3 +1 4. Jim – 550 Msport + 1 5. Sid, E92 M3, +1 6. Phil, E46 M3 / track option **********Items you may want to bring for the trip************************ - MFEST confirmation page (paypal receipt) just to be safe - 2 way radios/walkie talkies(post up who has some and how many you have...I need one but will look for one if needed) - radar detector - tools to repair things if needed/as needed - snacks and beverages - TP, ya never know where/when you might need to go! - binoculars to keep an eye out on the road ahead (because sometimes the V1 picks up a faint signal from 3 miles off in the right conditions) - cd's/mp3 player, we will see many times where the radio doesnt work (unless you have sat radio, then good on ya!) Let me know if there is anything else you may think is needed to add to this list!!! Walkie Talkie List 1. Stephen 2. Brandon ----I would still bring walkie talkies if you havent added to the list yet and have them. You never know what may or may not be compatble together.------ Also, if you havent already done so....add your names to the official list of attendee's over in the main forum. Lets make that list grow! Last edited by smdauberm3; 03-29-2012 at 08:11 PM.. |

The hotel code will be emailed to you right after you register. I would suggest registering so you get the hotel room reserved then add the person on later since registration will stay open longer then the rooms. |

I wouldnt count on them..........3rd week in a row they have flaked on me on a Friday night. Besides that, they are too into their school work and wont miss any days of school and they have a test that friday before hand and wont ask to move it. Apparently they dont understand that they are in america for only a couple of months and the teachers would probably move things around for them.

Already did that, but it doesnt matter. They dont have the most money to spend either, since they are getting screwed 3-1 on the exchange rate (1 litu = .34 cents) so its pretty tough for them too. Plus like I said, they are pretty delved into school, because I think they dont want to screw anything up because they want a work visa to stay for the summer or longer if possible so they can do more. Hi, my names more, nice to meet you
