Unhappy Xenon adjustment

Hi All, I have just changed from an E90 325d to an E92 335d. On my first trip out in it at night more people flashed me than didn't due to my xenons upsetting them! Unlike the E90 with a manual adjuster the E92 seems to auto level which although is very bright and useful to me, seems to be upsetting the vast majority of people heading towards me! How do I easily tweak this? Thanks....

Thank you M4rius... Just out of interest, I noticed you changed your dash display colour, is it easy?

Are the lights in fact "auto levelling" ? When the lights first come on, do you see the beams motor up and down before settling ? If not, somethings not right and they may be stuck too high.
I understand there is a short control arm somewhere on the suspension (or maybe two - at front and back) which gives the system the necessary data of the cars stance (like if you're carrying a ton of bricks in the boot). This is joined to the suspension by a ball joint which is prone to coming apart. Might be worth looking there first .....

My front one came apart twice - the plastic ball pops out of the socket.
