They look like Breytons (due to the spider look) but there are numerous double-spoke examples from VMR, Alufelgen, etc.

Personally, I bought Alufelgen's SF-71 wheels (7 double spokes). Their CS-7 is another option with 8 double spokes. I looked hard at VMR's offering but I preferred the profile of the SF-71. Scan through the options and choose what you like best.
