Scuffed Dakota leather

Has anyone had any luck with a warranty claim in the first three years with regards to worn leather on the seat back or squab bolster?
I know that leather seats wear over time but the quality of the material is questionable to say the least

I registered my complaint at 13 (16,000 miles) months and all I got was a smart repair which is wearing off now. The leather on the bolster is unacceptable really.
