Very nice mod, so do you lose functionality with the menu and speak buttons now? It's kind of dangerous as you drive off away from your garage and you use one of the two buttons and mistakenly open your garage for the day =X

Why does my '08 320 only have one button next to the iDrive and yours has two? How could I get this to work in mine? With the homelink system, if it works with the flashing, how does it work when your car is in the garage and you want to get out? |

The whole flash2pass system simply works on switching your remote when u pull the flash lever, it has nothing to do with the actual lights flashing. Yeah ive seen a few Idrives with only 1 button. You have Professional Navigation ?
